His handsome face, chin and sweet demeanor were apparent from the very beginning. At 6 weeks early, he weighed more than 6 pounds and had a healthy mind and body, so his stay in the hospital was short for babies born that early, but it felt like an eternity. Not bringing him home after his birth was one of the hardest things I had experienced up to that point in my life. Every day for a week, I would make the drive to the hospital to sing to him, talk to him, feed him, then I would cry on the way home. What a sweet and joyous day when we finally brought him home to meet his two eager siblings and grandparents. From summer to fall, he has enjoyed lots and lots of love (maybe too much love from Aleesia who was 3 at the time and Grant who was 2).
